Günter Jauch, celebrated moderator and editor-in-chief, holds 75% and Gruner&Jahr 25% of the shares. Another successful format is the annual review "Menschen, Bilder, Emotionen" broadcast once a year since 1996 on RTL with a market share of up to 35%.
